Serving the Community | Morrice, Michigan

The Morrice Community Senior Center is a significant participant of the Shiawassee Council on Aging (SCOA), focusing its efforts in the southwest portion of Shiawassee County in Michigan. We offer the senior community a luncheon every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, followed by Bingo. This extends the opportunity for area seniors to meet together and participate in a publicly-sponsored social event, backed by the Village of Morrice's fundamental belief that we are only as strong as our community is united.

We also offer important services, such as tax preparation, flu shot clinics, health fairs, special presentations, and trips (little to no cost to seniors).

We depend on the patronage of our local area for continued operation, as well as funding through available agencies. But in these challenging economic times, our ability to continue to provide these vital services depends as much on our efforts to educate the community about the diversity of services and programs we offer, as it does on the public's taking advantage of our unique, local facilities for functions such as weddings, dances, anniversary parties, open houses, and much more. If you're interested in helping us achieve our goal of assisting the area seniors, check out our site's information on the available facilities, and then contact us to schedule your event. With the Morrice Community Senior Center, everyone can benefit!

We look forward to working for our community in the days and years ahead!
