* A resident is someone who resides within the territorial limits of the Village.
** If your event includes the serving of alcohol, you must supply the MCSC with a copy of your liability insurance on your homeowner's policy. This liability is usually $300,000+ and is called an Accord Form. It must be attached to your contract prior to your event. If it does not come on your homeowner's statement, you can contact your insurance agenet and ask them for an Accord Form for the date you will be using the facility. Alcohol may only be available in the gymnasium, and you must rent the gymnasium when having alcohol for your event.
