Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by President Harold Dickerson.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Council Members Present: Harold Dickerson, Phyllis Dickerson, Christine Williams, and
Kim Kollek-Jewell.
Absent: Cathy Mulholland, Robert Gentner.
Also Present: Police Chief: Matt Balsley, Attorney: John Gormley, Treasurer: Brian Swett, and
Clerk: Karen McGuire.
Additions / Deletions to Agenda: Add: 10.5 234 South Street
Guest Comments on the Agenda: None
MOTION by H. Dickerson, seconded by Williams to approve the agenda as amended. All ayes.
Motion carried.
MOTION by Kollek-Jewell, seconded by P. Dickerson to approve the August 11, 2015 minutes. All ayes. Motion carried.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
9.1 Personnel / Police / Transfer Station / Insurance / Retirement
Chief Balsley reported that he has a senior question day at the Senior Center tomorrow. Things have been pretty quiet but the Department has a few complaints they are working on. There are some minors staying out after curfew causing problems.
9.2 DPW / Municipal Buildings / Park

9.3 Street / Sidewalks / Newsletter / Web Site
No Report.
9.4 Sewer / Codes
No Report.
9.5 Zoning / Ordinances / Annex / 425 / DDA
No Report.
9.6 SSESA
- Dickerson gave the July run report. There were no fire runs and one ambulance call in the Village for the month. For all of SSESA there were 5 fire runs and 136 ambulance calls for the month and a total of 1,041 calls year-to-date. The new truck is not done yet so probably won’t be ready until October.
9.7 Homecoming
No Report. Need to set a year end meeting.
9.8 Budget
No Report. The Committee will meet on Tuesday, September 1st at 6:00 p.m.

Tabled. Still waiting to hear from P.F. Green on a price.
10.4 Vacant Lots
- Dickerson explained that the Clerk has heard back from one realtor but is waiting for responses from two others regarding the requested market analysis for the lots.
10.5 234 South Street
Williams reported that since the house was torn down nothing else has been done. The land hasn’t been leveled and weeds are growing. H. Dickerson will check with DPW.
